About the Team
Courtney Crichton
Senior Physiotherapist / Accredited Exercise Physiologist
MPhtySt / BAppSci(HMS)
Courtney graduated as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, from QUT Kelvin Grove in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Studies. After working for a local Physiotherapy business and a local gym, she went back to study at UQ St Lucia, graduating in 2013, with a Master of Physiotherapy Studies.
Her dual qualification enables her to holistically care for her patients and seamlessly transition from acute phase care to self management. She brings a special interest area in spinal pain and rehabilitation, with a focus on finding previously unfound pain relief to her patients.
Courtney accepts all referrals from Physiotherapy to Exercise Physiology. She is also able to accept Medicare Enhanced Primary Care programs, Department of Veteran Affairs, Workcover and NDIS participants happily.
If Courtney’s not caring for her patients in the clinic, you’ll probably find her on a mountain trek, having a coffee next door, playing with her huskies or training for the next triathlon.
Ashley Da Roza
Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist
BAppSci (HMS)
Ashley graduated with Courtney from QUT Kelvin Grove in 2009 with a Bachelor of Human Movement Studies. Since then she has enjoyed a her career specialising in cardiac conditions and diagnostics. After developing her skillset in cardiovascular health, she moved on to complete further studies to become a Cardiac Sonographer.
Combining her thorough diagnostic abilities as a sonographer and her exercise based background as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Ashley is a great asset to the clinic and we are ecstatic to have her expertise in the space. Ash has a background in Behaviour change, Bodybuilding, Triathlon and Running. She enjoys working with clients of all levels and abilities from Chronic pain to Performance.
When Ashley isn’t working, you will find her in the local gym working on her strength and mobility most days of the week. Consistency is key in Ash’s world. More recently, you may even find her out in Enoggera dam on a paddle board or running the local tracks of Kedron Brook.
